Built by 501 Studios founder, Richard Kooris, the venue is part of the historical 501 Studios building; it was built in 1980 and served as a soundstage for a multitude of local and national audio and video recordings.
Outfitted with a tremendous sound system, and video capabilities including control room, the venue is the perfect setting for your next video shoot, filming, or live audio/video recording.
Video Shoot Rental Rates:
Rates range from $150-$300 per hour dependent upon staffing and technical needs/use of space.
